Nagsisimula ang buod sa sinasabi ng sipi at sa ugnayan ng mga bahagi nito. Hindi nito ipinapalagay na nalutas na ng isang denominasyon ang lahat ng tanong. Malinaw na tinutukoy kung ang konklusyon ay nakasalalay sa tradisyon, teoryang pampanitikan, o rekonstruksiyong pangkasaysayan.
