Free for ministry use. Churches, ministries, schools, homeschool families and small groups may use Cinematic Bible Songs material in worship, teaching and ministry at no cost, without asking first. That includes playing the songs, showing the videos, projecting lyrics, printing studies and teacher guides for your group, and including them in a livestream of your service or class.
Please credit us. Where practical (a slide, a handout footer, a video description), include: "Music and study material from Cinematic Bible Songs, cbiblesongs.com."
What this does not allow:
- Selling it, or charging for access to it, including in paid curricula, courses, products or subscriptions.
- Re-uploading or redistributing the files (songs, videos, artwork, lesson text) on other websites, streaming services or channels. Link to cbiblesongs.com instead.
- Presenting it as your own, or altering it and presenting the result as ours.
- Any commercial use.
Normal church life is fine: taking an offering at a service, or a school charging tuition, doesn't count as selling our material.
Anything else, such as radio broadcast, use in a product, commercial video or sync, needs a licence.
Licensing for broadcast and commercial use
Radio stations and podcasts airing our songs, video producers, curriculum or app publishers, businesses, and anyone selling our material or charging for access need a licence. We are glad to hear from broadcasters, publishers, producers and businesses interested in using the work.
What to include in your request
- Who you are and your organisation.
- What you want to use, including songs, videos, artwork or study text, with titles or links.
- How and where it will be used.
- The audience or expected reach.
- The dates or term of use.
- Whether the use is paid, sponsored or free to your audience.
