Support the Project

Support helps continue the work of creating music, videos, multilingual releases, and Bible-book collections.

The Bible-learning core of Cinematic Bible Songs stays free to use. Support is one way to help keep that work growing, but it is entirely voluntary. Secure one-time support is accepted through Stripe, and you may choose any amount from $5 to $500. Support does not purchase a product or service.

Cinematic Bible Songs brings music, video, artwork and study material together so people can listen, watch and study in one place. Keeping that available requires ongoing production, review, hosting and development.

What support pays for

Support helps cover practical costs behind the work, including:

  • Website hosting and the media server that plays every song and video.
  • Music and video production.
  • The four language editions: English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Filipino.
  • Artwork used throughout the project.
  • Study material and the review that takes place before publication.
  • Continued development of the site and the tools that make its material easier to find and use.

Support helps the CBS Team continue building and maintaining these parts of the project. It does not change the standard for what gets published.

What support does not buy

Support does not buy influence. It gives no one a say over what a study concludes, how a Christian tradition is presented, or what appears in search. Those decisions remain part of the project’s editorial and review process, whether a visitor has supported the work or has never paid anything.

Other ways to help

Money is not the only useful form of support. You can also help at no cost:

  • Listen to an official release on a music service.
  • Share a song or video with someone who may find it useful.
  • Tell the CBS Team when you find an error so it can be reviewed.
  • Use the material with a church, class, family or other group, then tell us how it went.

Those actions help the work reach people and help us see what is useful in practice.
