Beyond the counted tribes appears a multitude no one can number. Every nation, kindred, people, language gathers near the throne. White robes shine and palms are lifted toward the Lamb. Salvation belongs to God and to the Lamb, the great cry answers. The Great Multitude All heaven and earth resound before the throne. Blessing and honour rise unto the Lamb. Let every living voice confess him worthy. Angels fall around the elders in a sevenfold song of praise. These have crossed great tribulation and washed their robes in blood. Crowns fall low where everlasting glory burns. The throne remains, and every creature answers. No hunger, thirst, or burning sun can reach them anymore.
