[Intro] The dragon waits upon the sand. The sea gives up a beast. [Verse 1] Seven heads, ten horns, a mouth of blasphemy; the dragon lends his throne and power. One wounded head appears healed, and wondering earth follows the beast. For forty-two months he speaks against heaven and makes war with the saints. [Interlude] [Verse 2] Another beast rises from the earth, two lamb-like horns, a dragon's voice. Fire falls at his deceiving sign; an image breathes and demands worship. A mark controls buying and selling, the number of a man: six hundred sixty-six. [Chorus] But on mount Sion stands the Lamb, one hundred forty-four thousand with his Father's name. They learn a new song before the throne, firstfruits who follow wherever he goes. [Verse 3] An angel bears the everlasting gospel: Fear God; the hour of judgment is come.
