[Verse 1]
Seven angels left the temple
With seven bowls of holy wrath.
Sores, blood, heat, dark, and battle
Marked the world's rebellious path.
Euphrates dried, and spirits gathered
Kings toward Armageddon's plain.
The final bowl broke air with thunder:
"It is done," and cities changed.
[Refrain]
Babylon is fallen,
The merchant queen is dust.
Her gold, her wine, her human cargo
Could not purchase life from judgment.
Babylon is fallen;
Come out and share not in her stain.
The smoke of pride rises upward,
Never to enthrone again.
[Verse 2]
Heaven opened; a white horse carried
One called Faithful, True, and just.
Eyes like fire, crowns upon Him,
Nations struck beneath the word.
The beast and false prophet were taken;
The dragon bound, then loosed and cast.
Fire consumed the final rebellion;
Every false dominion passed.
[Judgment Chorus]
A great white throne.
Earth and heaven fled.
Books were opened.
Sea gave up the dead.
Each stood judged by written works;
Death and hell were cast in flame.
Whosoever was not found
Within the book of life met the same.
[Final Refrain]
Babylon is fallen.
The ancient serpent has no throne.
Judgment clears the ruined ground
For a world made wholly new.
