[Verse 1] On a sea of glass mingled with fire, the victors hold the harps of God. They sing the song of Moses and the Lamb: Great and marvellous are thy works; just and true are thy ways. The temple opens; glory fills it with smoke. Seven angels receive seven golden vials. [Pre-Chorus] Pour the measure. Finish the wrath. The altar answers: true and righteous. [Verse 2] First, a grievous sore upon the marked. Second, the sea becomes dead blood. Third, rivers and fountains turn to blood. Fourth, the sun scorches men with fire. They blaspheme the name of God and will not repent to give him glory. [Interlude] [Verse 3] Fifth, the beast's throne darkens; men gnaw their tongues for pain. Sixth, Euphrates dries for eastern kings; three unclean spirits gather the earth to the place called Armageddon. [Bridge] The seventh vial enters the air. A great voice from the throne says: It is done. The greatest earthquake divides the city; Babylon receives the cup. Islands flee, mountains vanish, great hail falls,and men still blaspheme.
