So fear the LORD and serve Him, do not follow foreign gods, Do not tempt Him as at Massah, keep the way that gives you life. [Bridge] When a future child would ask what every testimony meant, Tell of slaves in Egypt, mighty signs, and freedom sent. Tell how God brought Israel out and gave the promised land, And every law was for their good beneath His keeping hand.
