Something is being sold in Colossae that sounds advanced: philosophy, visions, the worship of angels, festivals and rules about food. He answers with one word, complete. In him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily, and ye are complete in him. The handwriting of ordinances was nailed to his cross. Touch not, taste not, handle not, all perish with the using, and none of it restrains anything.

Then the names, which matter here. Onesimus is travelling with the letter, Luke the beloved physician sends greetings, Epaphras is labouring in prayer for them, and Archippus is told in front of everybody to finish the ministry he received.
