Then the night visions come in a run: horsemen patrolling an earth that is quiet, four horns and four carpenters, a man with a measuring line told that Jerusalem will be too big for walls, and the high priest standing in filthy garments with Satan at his right hand, until the filthy garments are taken off him.

A lampstand fed by two olive trees with nobody tending it, and one sentence to explain it: not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Then a flying scroll, a woman named Wickedness carried off in a basket, and four chariots going out to the four winds. It ends with a crown made for the high priest and a promise about a man called the Branch, who shall build the temple and be a priest upon his throne.

Zechariah 12–14
The last three chapters go strange and enormous. Jerusalem becomes a cup of trembling and a burdensome stone for all people, and then the mourning: they shall look upon me whom they have pierced. A fountain opened for sin, a shepherd struck and the sheep scattered, and finally a day known only to the LORD, neither clearly day nor night, with living waters going out and holiness written even on the bells of the horses and the cooking pots.
